The Landry’s Ambassador Program is a points based rewards system in which the program member (“Ambassador”) earns points based on his/her Ambassador qualified dining referrals (as described herein). The number of points required to earn a reward may vary by concept. Points earned across multiple concepts cannot be combined to meet a threshold to earn a reward. Once the required threshold of points has been achieved for a particular concept, a monetary reward will be issued via reloadable Landry’s Ambassador Card. Rewards may be redeemed at any participating Landry’s, Inc. affiliated restaurant with the presentation of the Ambassador Card. The participating restaurants can be found at landrysambassador.com. Landry’s reserves the right to change restaurants and other participating locations at any time. One membership card will be issued per Ambassador. The card will be assigned a unique identification number for that individual’s account. Ambassador Cards can be replaced if lost or stolen and, in the event a new account is established for such card, points and rewards may be transferred.

In order for a visit to be qualified to earn points, the Ambassador must provide the prospective guest with the appropriate, concept specific, restaurant referral card and, such referral card must have the Ambassador’s unique member identification number legibly printed on it. The guest must present the referral card to their server at the time they dine at the related concept location, so the referral card can be redeemed and points issued to the Ambassador. Any referral cards redeemed without a current member identification number legibly printed on the card will not be tracked and no points will be issued. If an Ambassador calls the location prior to the guest’s visit to make a reservation and provides his/her unique member number, after the guest makes a qualifying purchase, the points will be added to the Ambassador’s account.

Points can only be earned at time of guest visit and are subject to the terms and conditions on the specific concept referral card. For all concepts, the guest must dine-in and make a minimum purchase of one entrée in order for the referral to be deemed a qualified purchase. With the exception of reservations made by phone (as noted above), no points will be awarded for any guest receipt, referral card or other proof of purchase presented after the time of the visit.

Upon presentation of the Ambassador Card, the rewards issued on the Ambassador Card can be used toward the purchase of food and non-alcoholic beverages at any participating Landry’s affiliated restaurant in the US. It is not a gift card and has no cash value. Rewards cannot be redeemed for take-out, gratuity, merchandise or gift cards. Each reward expires 180 days after issuance. A maximum of $500 of rewards may be redeemed in any 24-hour period. Except as required by law, neither the Ambassador Card nor any reward balance is redeemed for cash in any jurisdiction. The rewards cannot be used with any other offers or discounts of any kind and Landry’s Select Club loyalty points will not be earned on amount redeemed. Landry’s and its affiliated entities shall not be responsible for any unauthorized use of the Ambassador Card or the Ambassador’s account. Each time the Ambassador Card is used, we will deduct the amount of your purchase until the full reward value has been depleted. If your purchase exceeds the reward funds available on the Ambassador Card, you must pay the difference at the time of purchase.

Ambassadors shall be bound by all the terms and conditions contained herein and by all applicable laws. Any discrepancies in program terms and conditions shall be determined at the sole discretion of Landry’s, Inc. Federal and state tax liabilities, if any, shall be the sole responsibility of the Ambassador.

Landry’s reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify program terms and conditions, and rewards without notice, or to terminate the program at any time upon 30 days’ notice. In the event the program is discontinued, any rewards remaining on an Ambassador’s Card shall be redeemable for a period of 30 days after issuance of notice of discontinuation of program.
